Main River safari lodges are located in an extremely-remote area, on the great Northern Peninsula, in the Long Range Mountains. Because of sheer isolation, you can get to us only by air, or by snowmobile!
We have two lodges -- the main lodge, and the Arkluk Lodge. Our main lodge is fully equipped, and capable of accommodating up to ten people, in double-occupancy rooms.
There is a modern kitchen, dining room, and indoor plumbing, and has separate showers. Electricity is provided, together with HF radios, just in case you may have a need to communicate with homebase.
Enjoy each day of your stay with us, travelling the beautiful, snow-covered, and scenic countryside on your snowmobile. Then, at the end of the day, relax in our spacious and modern Main River Lodge, nestled deep in the heart of the Mina River valley.
